Airing brings black fruit notes to the fore, especially blackberry, Burlat cherry and bilberry, along with a touch of mild spice. Palate: A rich and smooth attack which expresses all the fruit on the nose leads to a full mid-palate with hints of cinnamon and a round, powerful finish on substantial and very well-rounded tannins.
