The Story
This Méthode Classique sparkling rosé wine is a blend of 36% Gamay Noir (Lake Country), 33% Pinot Noir (South Kelowna) and 31% Pinot Meunier (South Kelowna). This base wine underwent a second fermentation in bottle and aged sur lie for 12 months. The sparkling wine was then disgorged and topped with a proprietary dosage for the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness.
